As Corporate Sales Representative, you are responsible for ensuring all sales administration is accomplished effectively and accurately in order to provide a seamless handover to the operations team. In all dealing with clients , the Sales Representative ensures that you are delivering the best possible service and customer satisfaction.
The individual is expected to have an expanseve experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment. The goal is to increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the Corporate Sales Team with the generation of sales enquiries by developing and maintaining relationship with previous and prospective corporate clients.
- To develop and maintain a quality service by adhering to the end-to-end process for managing all corporate enquiries.
- To ensure that all corporate client’s enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- To liaise with relevant departments/areas of the business to execute activity, invoice and manage costs.
- Able to coordinate with internal teams (Category Managers, Logistics, Accounts) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Able to prepare weekly activity reports (quotes, client visits, project updates).
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications/Experince and or Skills required:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, or business development.
- Experience in retail hardwares, wholesale, or distribution sectors is an advantage.
- Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Skilled in preparing and presenting quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Posseses strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Has knowledge on using Microsoft Office suits, ERP system (Pronto Xi is a plus).
- Posesses a registered drivers license is a plus.
- Must be Madang-based.
