We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and manage email inquiries
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars when required
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Maintain records, databases, and basic administrative documentation
- Assist with office tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate with internal departments and support HR/Admin when needed
- Uphold confidentiality and company policies at all times
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication within the office
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum A/L qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in front desk or administrative role (advantage)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Email Handling, Basic Typing)
- Positive attitude, customer service mindset, and well-groomed personality
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
