- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Master’s degree in HR Management, MSW, or MBA-HR preferred.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or equivalent credential.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company and labor regulations.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Oversee HR data management and analytics reporting.
- Support recruitment and termination processes in coordination with management.
Industrial Relations (IR):
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues effectively.
- Liaise with union representatives and participate in negotiations and settlements.
- Ensure adherence to all labor-related acts and maintain statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with government agencies, legal consultants, and external stakeholders.
Compliance & Audits:
- Prepare and support internal/external labor audits.
- Respond to inspection reports and legal notices.
- Keep updated with labor law developments and implement compliance best practices.
