Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Master’s degree in HR Management, MSW, or MBA-HR preferred.
• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or equivalent credential.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company and labor regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Oversee HR data management and analytics reporting.
• Support recruitment and termination processes in coordination with management.

Industrial Relations (IR):

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues effectively.
• Liaise with union representatives and participate in negotiations and settlements.
• Ensure adherence to all labor-related acts and maintain statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with government agencies, legal consultants, and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Audits:

• Prepare and support internal/external labor audits.
• Respond to inspection reports and legal notices.
• Keep updated with labor law developments and implement compliance best practices.
