Your Mission ✨

• Take full ownership of our business development and ensure growth of the brand

• Drive business growth by implementing innovative sales strategies and boosting performance

• Build strong relationships with parents, families, and partners, understanding their needs and delighting them with solutions

• Analyze sales trends, optimize product ranges, and plan promotions that excite and inspire

• Collaborate with marketing to create memorable in-store and online experiences and campaigns

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional service and brand excellence

• Maintain the highest standards of product quality, safety, and visual merchandising

Who You Are

• A passionate, energetic, and dedicated professional who has a connection and passion for children’s products

• Skilled in retail sales, business development, and customer relationship management

• Experienced in showroom operations or retail management, with 2–5 years preferred

• A natural leader who inspires, guides, and uplifts their team

• Parent-minded or empathetic to families—understanding what makes kids and parents happy
