What You’ll Do

Merchandise Planning & Buying

Source, select, and manage product assortments aligned with Be Desi’s brand and seasonal campaigns. Plan stock levels, budgets, and pricing to maximize sales and profitability.

Trend & Market Analysis

Research market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to make informed buying decisions. Ensure our collections stay relevant, on-trend, and commercially successful.

Vendor & Supplier Management

Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines to ensure seamless product availability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, store operations, and design teams to ensure collections are aligned with campaigns and customer expectations.

Inventory & Performance Monitoring

Track product performance, stock levels, and sales metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for future buying decisions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1–3 years’ experience for Junior Buyer / 2–4 years for Buyer & Merchandiser (fashion/retail preferred)

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for trends and details

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Passion for fashion, product curation, and customer experience

• Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset
