As Corporate Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer experience within the corporate sales adminsitration. This role oversees the corporate sales team, manages sales administration processes, and ensures seamless coordination with operations and other departments to deliver high-quality service to clients.

The individual is expected to have an extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment. The goal is to increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the Corporate Sales Team with the generation of sales enquiries by developing and maintaining relationship with previous and prospective corporate clients.
  • Able to lead and support Corporate Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Motivate and guide the team to maintain high performance and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and share updates.
  • Ensure all sales-related documentation (quotes, orders, client records) is completed accurately and on time.
  • Engage with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded through proactive communication and service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including operations, finance, logistics, and customer service.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and team activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients.

Key requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferably).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales, marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership or team coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in sales documentation.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Timeliness of reporting and communication with stakeholders.
  • Has knowledge on using Microsoft Office suits, ERP system (Pronto Xi is a plus).
  • Posesses a registered drivers license.
  • Must be Madang-based.
