Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies.
- Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures effectively.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and report feedback to supervisors.
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Sinhala/Tamil (multilingual ability is a plus).
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult calls professionally.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
Requirements:
- Minimum O/L qualification (A/L preferred).
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts (including weekends or night shifts if required).
