Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

- Plan and execute social media, content, and email marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitor activities.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI for all marketing initiatives.
- Lead branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and analytics.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and event participation.
- Guide and mentor the marketing team to achieve set KPIs.
