Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, HR administration, and coordination of HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases accurately.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support the HR team in organizing training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internship experience considered).
- Familiarity with HR software or attendance systems is an added advantage.
