Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to grow online presence and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO/SEM strategies.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage social media pages, including content scheduling, boosting, and responding to inquiries.
- Track ROI and prepare performance reports for all digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Key Skills:
- Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
- SEO & SEM optimization
- Content creation and copywriting
- Email marketing and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Google Analytics and performance reporting
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or similar role.
- Proven experience in managing paid campaigns and organic growth strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics and social media tools
