About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various events including corporate events, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and requirements.
• Source and negotiate with vendors such as caterers, venues, decorators, and entertainment providers.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, transportation, and on-site coordination.
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities related to events.
• Oversee event registration and attendee communication.
• Handle troubleshooting and on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and post-event reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in event coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with event management software and MS Office.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
