Job Description: Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
• Supervise and lead finance department staff, including accountants and financial analysts.
• Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
