Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Audit Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience in audit and assurance services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing internal and external audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct audits in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Review financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Assist in developing and updating audit procedures and processes.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior audit staff.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients and other departments to facilitate smooth audit execution.
• Ensure timely completion of audit assignments and reporting.
• Identify risks and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices in audit processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on audit experience, preferably in an audit firm or corporate internal audit environment.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting/audit software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
