Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to lead financial processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise junior accountants.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting systems.
• Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CIMA, or CA qualification preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
