- Monitor and update POS deployments, breakdowns, and supervise terminal setups/configurations
- Follow up on day-to-day operational tasks with clients to ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate with project coordinators on clients-related POS projects and initiatives
- Prepare and share periodic updates/reports with clients as per agreed timelines
- Collect and manage return terminals and related accessories from the field staff
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field will be an added advantage
- Basic technical skills, including POS systems, hardware/software troubleshooting, MS Office proficiency
- 1-2 years in POS operations, IT support, banking services, or customer coordination will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, organizational ability, and multitasking under pressure
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, a team player, and open to occasional client site visits
