We are looking for a Technical Field Associate / Officer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems, printers, and vending machines at customer locations. This role involves hands-on technical work, on-site support, and close coordination with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair POS systems, printers, and vending machines
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot hardware and system issues
• Assist the sales team with equipment setup and product demonstrations
• Ensure timely completion of service visits and assigned technical tasks
• Maintain service records and report issues to the technical/support teams
• Deliver excellent customer service during on-site visits
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve recurring or complex technical issues

Requirements & Qualifications

• G.C.E. O/L and/or G.C.E. A/L with an IT-related certificate or equivalent qualification
• Basic understanding of electronics, computer hardware, and peripherals
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer site visits
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• A valid driving licence will be an added advantage
