- Provide timely & effective support to customers via phone/email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimations for customers based on their specific needs and requirements
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Prepare reports as per the superiors' requirements
Requirements :
- G.C.E. O/L with a related certificate level qualification
- Sound problem solving ability and attention to detail
- Good verbal communication skills (Sinhala/English)
- Basic computer literacy including the MS Office package
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
