Customer Support Associate/Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Provide timely & effective support to customers via phone/email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimations for customers based on their specific needs and requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Prepare reports as per the superiors' requirements

Requirements :

  • G.C.E. O/L with a related certificate level qualification
  • Sound problem solving ability and attention to detail
  • Good verbal communication skills (Sinhala/English)
  • Basic computer literacy including the MS Office package
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
