Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a Design Lead who can think beyond aesthetics — someone who understands business goals, brand strategy, and how design solves real problems. You’ll lead creative direction for multiple design teams, guide teams, and ensure every design we deliver connects strategy with creativity.

Main Goal

Bridge client business goals with creative strategy — ensuring every design solution Zyner delivers solves a business problem, looks exceptional, and aligns with client growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business models through onboarding materials and discussions.
• Create moodboards, visual directions, and propose strategic design solutions.
• Oversee 2–4 teams to ensure creative quality and consistency.
• Review and approve all major deliverables.
• Guide senior and junior designers through regular creative feedback.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain alignment on client goals.
• Lead internal workshops and knowledge sessions.
• Stay ahead of design trends, startup industries, and brand systems.
• Join client calls when creative strategy or direction is being set.

A business-minded designer who thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and leads creatively. You enjoy mentoring teams and making sure design output feels purposeful, sharp, and high-impact.

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years in design or creative direction roles.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, UI/UX, and digital communication.
• Excellent feedback, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience leading multiple creative teams.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Notion/Slack workflows.
