Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can lead by craft — someone with an eye for aesthetics, strong design judgment, and a passion for mentoring others. You’ll ensure everything that leaves your team looks outstanding and meets Zyner’s creative standards.

Main Goal

Own the visual quality and creative excellence of your team — review, refine, and guide design output to ensure it’s both beautiful and effective.

Responsibilities

• Review all design work before it reaches the client or Design Lead.
• Mentor and guide junior and intern designers.
• Maintain design consistency, brand coherence, and file organization.
• Collaborate with PMs to hit delivery timelines.
• Contribute to ideation and concept development.
• Support motion designers for seamless integration of static and motion assets.
• Lead internal review and feedback sessions.

A designer who loves craft, detail, and improvement. You care about teaching others, keeping quality high, and creating design that feels refined and meaningful.

Skills & Requirements

• 3–5 years of design experience in agency or product environments.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of brand systems, UI, and design fundamentals.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
• Great sense of color, layout, and visual storytelling.
