The Job
The ideal candidate will oversee the effective coordination and delivery of all Transnational Education (TNE) programmes in partnership with international universities. The role ensures academic compliance, operational efficiency, and quality assurance in line with both local and partner university standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end academic administration of TNE programmes, including timetabling, assessments, results processing, and graduation coordination.
- Liaising with partner universities to ensure adherence to academic regulations, reporting requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Overseeing student records, enrolment processes, and academic documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinating with academic departments, registry, and quality assurance units to support smooth programme delivery.
- Leading process improvements and implementing digital systems to enhance academic and administrative efficiency.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. He or she should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education Administration, Business Management, or a related field (a Master’s qualification would be an advantage).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in academic administration, preferably within higher education or TNE settings.
- Sound understanding of academic governance, partner university liaison, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong proficiency in data management systems and technology-enabled academic processes.
