The Role

We are on the look out for a Purchasing Executive to manage procurement and inventory for our multifaceted lifestyle Apart-Hotel. The ideal candidate must ensure seamless supply chain operations across all departments while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing for all hotel departments (F&B, housekeeping, spa, etc.)

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and control costs

• Develop and manage vendor relationships

• Implement efficient storage and distribution systems

• Monitor quality standards and compliance requirements

• Support sustainability initiatives and local sourcing

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in purchasing/procurement, preferably in hospitality

• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills

• Innovation-driven approach to supply chain optimization

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of local suppliers and market conditions

• Computer literacy and inventory management system experience
