Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Tech Support & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to clients and internal teams while assisting in executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Provide first-level technical support for software, hardware, and network issues via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff.
• Assist in software installations, updates, and system configurations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and solutions.

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Update and maintain website content, blog posts, and social media pages.
• Perform basic SEO tasks, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink monitoring.
• Create and schedule social media content to engage with audiences and drive brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, preparing weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in technical support and/or digital marketing (Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting (Windows, MS Office, networking basics).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, MailChimp, Canva, or similar).
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
