Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior.NET Developers to participate in the migration of legacy applications to modern C#/.NET solutions. Candidates should bring strong technical proficiency in .NET and preferably some familiarity with legacy languages such as COBOL, C, or FoxPro.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features functionality, APIs.
• Participate in AI-assisted code conversion and modernization activities.
• Collaborate closely with AI specialists to validate generated or transformed code.
• Reverse engineer existing legacy monolith applications to implement cloud native solutions using microservices/ serverless architecture in AWS.
• Support CI/CD integration and automated testing pipelines.
• Review code changes, ensure secure coding practices and corporate defined best SDLC practices are followed.
• Partner with cross functional teams in the organization to understand customer and business priorities.
• Support modern roadmap items like CDP and generative AI.
• Agile team member, be a self-starter and work independently with minimum supervision to achieve team and individual goals.

Required Knowledge

• 8+ years of experience developing applications in .NET/C#.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar development environments.
• Strong debugging, testing, and optimization skills.
• Strong knowledge and prior working experience relational databases such as MSSQL, MySQL
• Prior experience working with remote teams spread across time zones using collaborations tools and application development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of at least one legacy language (COBOL, C, or FoxPro)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor AI, Copilot).
• Knowledge of Microsoft development tools, such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline
• Exposure to reverse engineering or system replatforming projects.
• SQL Server experience.
