Job Responsibilities

· Execute assigned tasks related to ongoing and upcoming projects, including site supervision and manpower management.

· Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of elevators, water and wastewater treatment systems, and other electromechanical systems.

· Prepare engineering documents, daily reports, proposals, estimates, and technical submittals.

· Supervise installation teams and ensure proper implementation of projects and maintenance works.

· Attend to customer complaints, conduct troubleshooting, and provide practical solutions.

· Address and fulfill client requirements with professionalism and technical accuracy.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma (NDT/NVQ Level 5 or above) in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on industry/project experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in Sinhala and English. Tamil is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and tasks effectively.
• Proficient in basic IT tools (MS Office, email, internet, etc.).
• Valid driving license is essential.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a pleasing personality.
