We are seeking an experienced Service & Support Manager to lead, manage, and grow our service operations for Audio Visual (AV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. This role is responsible for ensuring timely service delivery, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and overseeing the technical support team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in AV/ELV solutions, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day service operations, including service tickets, job assignments, and preventive maintenance.
  • Lead, train, and support the technical team while ensuring high-quality service standards.
  • Act as the main escalation point for customer issues and ensure strong client relationships.
  • Troubleshoot and guide the team on AV/ELV systems such as CCTV, PA, access control, fire alarms, VC setups, projectors, and networked AV solutions.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with sales and project teams for smooth system handovers and client support.
  • Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, and coordinate with vendors when required.

Essential Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in AV/ELV service, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV/ELV and automation systems with excellent problem solving skills.
  • Good leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
