Lead brand strategy and positioning across all categories and channels, ensuring strong equity, innovation, and consistency while enabling revenue growth across retail, food service, and e-commerce. The role will drive the global brand roadmap, oversee portfolio innovation, and ensure alignment of all market initiatives to Dilmah’s core brand values and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Define brand vision, positioning, and long-term growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead portfolio management and innovation (NPD) initiatives, from insight to execution.
- Translate consumer insights into impactful campaigns, packaging, and storytelling.
- Guide regional stakeholders, agencies, and partners to ensure brand alignment across markets.
- Oversee content development and ensure consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Manage brand budgets and track ROI, performance dashboards, and brand equity metrics.
- Partner with Shopper, Trade, and Digital Marketing teams to activate integrated brand campaigns.
- Support market growth through trade, retail, and e-commerce marketing programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in brand or marketing management, ideally in FMCG with international markets.
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, innovation, and global marketing execution.
