Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and service-driven VIP Travel Coordinator to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of VIP client experiences — from personalized travel arrangements to on-ground support and post service follow-up.

This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, a deep understanding of luxury service standards, and the ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations. You will act as the main point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, partners, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. VIP Client Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for VIP clients, providing personalized and discreet service.
  • Understand individual preferences to deliver tailored experiences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and corporate partners.
  1. Travel & Experience Coordination
  • Coordinate all elements of the VIP client journey — including flights, accommodation,

ground transportation, and concierge services.

  • Curate unique experiences and ensure every detail aligns with luxury standards.
  • Liaise with hotels, travel partners, and vendors to secure exceptional arrangements.
  1. On-Ground Support
  • Supervise VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests.
  • Provide real-time assistance to clients during their stay or travel.
  • Resolve any issues promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
  1. Reporting & Follow-Up
  • Ensure all bookings and client communications are accurately documented.
  • Collect feedback and prepare post-service reports for continuous improvement.
  • Support management in analyzing VIP travel trends and client insights.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in VIP services, luxury travel, hospitality, or client relations.
  • Previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals or corporate VIPs is preferred.

Education

  • Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certifications in travel, concierge, or event management are an advantage.
