We are looking for an experienced IT Manager who will be responsible for the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware and software that are used within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing new technology solutions to meet departmental needs
• Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues with hardware or software to ensure optimal functionality
• Providing support for information technology infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, applications software, and networks
• Managing the computer operations of an organization by providing help desk services to employees who have problems with their computers or other technology devices
• Providing technical support for computer networks and performing tasks such as software installation, virus removal, and backup recovery.
• Planning, implementing and maintaining an organization’s computer network by designing and testing new systems, upgrading existing ones and troubleshooting issues.

Essential Skills:

• BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field
• Prior work experience as IT Manager or similar role.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Proficiency in Windows/ Mac OS
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
