We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive for Northern & Eastern Provinces to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore potential business growth opportunities across various industries, including Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, IT, Apparel, and construction, and propose strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve monthly targets
- Conduct regular visits to provide product insights and updates, fostering client loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical/operations) to align business strategies.
- Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging product trends, working closely with management to formulate strategies that enhance market share and business growth.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Fluency in Tamil & English and Basic knowledge in Sinhala.
- The candidate should be based in the Northern or Eastern region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
