What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing financial advice documents covering investments, superannuation, retirement strategies, insurance and other financial planning areas.
  • Conducting product and strategy research across superannuation, investments and insurance to support adviser recommendations.
  • Using financial planning software including Xplan, WealthSolver, RiskResearcher and XTools+ to complete modelling, projections and analysis.
  • Reviewing client financial information, including Fact Finds and risk profiles, to support the preparation of financial advice.
  • Preparing financial modelling, projections and supporting reports to help advisers assess different strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with Australian financial advisers to understand requirements, clarify queries and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
  • Staying up to date with Australian financial planning regulations, legislation and industry developments to ensure work remains compliant and relevant.

  • Has good written and verbal communication skills and can work effectively with advisers and internal teams.

  • Can manage deadlines and work independently while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Is a team player who is comfortable collaborating and sharing knowledge with others.
