Role Overview

As a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a vital role in our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct calls and engage with prospects to generate interest in our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct calls to potential clients
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information
  • Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
  • Assist in developing outreach strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
