Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and strategic Senior Sales Manager – Business Development to lead our sales growth, build strong client relationships, and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to manage high-level client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales & business development plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales techniques.
- Attend client meetings, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
