The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients for our Point of Sale (POS) software solutions. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of our software products to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored software solutions.
- Demonstrate software capabilities and benefits to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster referrals.
- Provide feedback to the development team based on client interactions and needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of POS systems and retail software solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
