About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer to design, build, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft’s Power Apps platform. You will work closely with business and technical teams to automate processes, enhance workflows, and create user-friendly applications that support organisational efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Build automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
• Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources to design robust data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Design intuitive UI/UX layouts within Power Apps for optimal user experience.
• Implement security roles, permissions, and governance best practices.
• Create reusable components, connectors, and app templates.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and deployment steps.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Power Apps Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• Good understanding of Power Automate workflows and integrations.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL databases.
• Ability to connect Power Apps to external data sources using connectors and APIs.
• Knowledge of formulas, expressions, Power Fx, and app performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and basic ALM processes.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

Nice-To-Have

• Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or custom connectors.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, JSON, or C#.
• Experience building responsive UI components.
