Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented QA Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in software quality assurance, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Create, document, and execute test cases for new and existing features.
• Participate in regression, functional, smoke, and usability testing cycles.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Report, track, and verify defects using ClickUp.
• Evaluate user experience and provide constructive feedback to enhance product quality.
• Support the QA team in maintaining testing documentation and best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and methods in software testing.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or academic exposure to software testing concepts (manual testing, test cases, bug reporting).
• Familiarity or academic exposure to testing frameworks or tools such as Mocha, Jest, Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright is an added advantage.
• Understanding of web and mobile application workflows.
• Familiarity with management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms (added advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to think from a user’s perspective and identify potential issues.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning QA methodologies and improving overall product quality.
