Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, manage the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for furniture/interior products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Supervise and lead the showroom sales team.

• Assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.

• Ensure product displays, layouts, and showroom cleanliness meet brand standards.

• Track sales performance and achieve monthly targets.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.

• Manage inventory levels, stock arrangements, and coordination with warehouse teams.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

• Conduct staff training and maintain high service quality.

• Oversee billing, documentation, and cash handling procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail/showroom management.

• Prior experience in furniture or interior showroom is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Good understanding of showroom product display and visual merchandising.

• Ability to handle customers professionally and maintain high service standards.

• Competency in MS Office and showroom reporting.
