Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Showroom Operation Executive to manage the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, maintain high standards of customer service, and support the sales team to achieve showroom targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product demonstrations, and guidance.
• Coordinate inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays.
• Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and operational activities.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, delivery teams, and other departments as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and showroom SOPs.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in showroom operations, retail, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and customer-focused mindset.
