A reputed global IT services provider (Australia-based) is seeking talented Social Media Specialists to join their digital content and marketing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing multiple social platforms, producing short-form videos, and leveraging AI tools to enhance workflow and productivity.

This role is best suited for creative individuals who can work independently while maintaining consistent branding, messaging, and content quality across all digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Design visually compelling posts, banners, reels, and marketing creatives using Canva.
• Edit videos (reels, promos, walkthroughs, tutorials, short-form content).
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, video AI tools, etc.) for content creation and workflow optimization.
• Write high-quality English captions, long-form posts, newsletters, and blog articles.
• Produce SEO-friendly AI-assisted blog content aligned with business verticals.
• Assist with basic Google Ads tasks (advantageous).
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
• Strong proficiency in Canva (mandatory).
• Video editing skills for short-form and promotional content.
• Ability to use AI tools for writing, design, and video creation.
• Excellent written English with strong creative writing skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, structure, on-page fundamentals).
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality output.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Full-time position (no freelancing or secondary employment permitted).
• Remote or hybrid arrangement.
• Must be available after 3:00 PM Sri Lanka time for client and internal meetings.
