Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, resourceful Operations & Business Support Intern to assist with daily operational and administrative activities across multiple business verticals. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, supporting:

• Sales calls, follow-ups & coordination
• Documentation, filing & record maintenance
• Data entry & CRM updates
• Scheduling meetings & handling communication
• Client support coordination
• Research, reporting & tracking progress
• Other operations tasks based on evolving business needs

This role provides strong exposure to startup ecosystems, innovation-driven projects, e-commerce operations, and global business workflows.

Qualifications

• English fluency is mandatory (spoken & written)
• Minimum GCE A/L 2–3 passes
• Clear communicator who can speak confidently with clients and partners
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with eagerness to learn digital tools quickly
• Ability to manage tasks independently and responsibly
• Positive mindset and hunger to grow fast
• Competency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

• Interest in sales, tech startups, or business operations
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for promotional content (optional)
