Job Role:
The School Coordinator is responsible for translating the school’s strategic direction into actionable operational plans at the unit level. The role oversees planning, scheduling, supervision of instructional activities, quality monitoring, and communication flow between management and teachers. They also ensure smooth academic operations, timely reporting, and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic policies into actionable operational plans and manage teaching schedules, activity calendars, and resource allocation.
- Supervise program execution and classroom teaching, analyze student and staff performance data, and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best-practice discussions among teaching staff.
- Serve as a communication bridge between management and teachers, clearly conveying directives, addressing feedback, and mediating academic or operational issues.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching certification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in school coordination or academic operations within formal school settings.
- Technical & Professional Skills: Strong planning, scheduling, time management, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrates eagerness to help, trustworthiness, courtesy, and passion for education.
- Personal Qualities: Upholds high moral standards, professionalism, and consistency; serves as a role model for students, teachers, and staff. Shows spiritual maturity, compassion, and resilience; able to make balanced decisions and remain calm under pressure. Builds positive relationships, communicates clearly, resolves conflicts constructively, and fosters teamwork, trust, and accountability.
