The Job

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops in core areas of Business Management, with a strong emphasis on Research Methods.
• Develop and update module content, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources to ensure alignment with academic standards.
• Guide and supervise undergraduate (and where applicable, postgraduate) students in research projects and academic writing.
• Participate in departmental activities including curriculum development, quality assurance processes, and academic reviews.
• Contribute to student support, academic advising, and institutional events that enhance teaching and learning excellence.

The Person

• Holds a Master’s degree in relevant Business discipline (Business Management, Management Studies, Marketing, HRM, Finance, or related fields).
• Demonstrated experience in lecturing at tertiary level, with proven ability to teach Research Methods effectively.
• Familiarity with modern practices, learning technologies, and outcome-based education.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills with a student-centered teaching approach.
• A collaborative team player with strong organisational abilities and a commitment to academic integrity and continuous improvement.
