Job Title: Operations Assistant – Customer Service (Work From Home - Night Shift)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Assistant to support our customer service and administrative operations based in the US. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, technology systems, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via text messages and phone calls.
  • Provide clear, timely, and professional responses to client inquiries.
  • Schedule calls and virtual meetings when necessary, using MS Teams.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage, update, and maintain spreadsheets to ensure accurate records.
  • Support data analytics reporting by gathering, organizing, and presenting relevant information.
  • Prepare and compile reports as required.
  • Update CRM/ERP systems with accurate customer and policy details.
  • Prepare and escalate approval forms prior to submission.
  • Prepare insurance quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Take comprehensive and accurate meeting minutes as needed.
  • Act as a personal assistant to management when required.
  • Perform any other assigned ad-hoc tasks to support the team’s daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday)consistently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Must have your own laptop to perform.

Salary

  • US-pegged salary.
  • Compensation will be competitive and aligned with experience, qualifications, and performance.
