We are now seeking a skilled and dedicated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our dynamic Maintenance Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including chillers, freezers, cold rooms, and HVAC units.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
• Conduct routine system checks, record operating parameters, and complete maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations for refrigerant handling.
• Provide timely support for emergency breakdowns across CPL sites.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
• Proven experience in refrigeration and HVAC maintenance (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and refrigeration tools.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and follow service procedures.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid trade certification and refrigerant handling qualification are an advantage.
