We are now seeking a skilled and dedicated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our dynamic Maintenance Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including chillers, freezers, cold rooms, and HVAC units.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Conduct routine system checks, record operating parameters, and complete maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations for refrigerant handling.
- Provide timely support for emergency breakdowns across CPL sites.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
- Proven experience in refrigeration and HVAC maintenance (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and refrigeration tools.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow service procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid trade certification and refrigerant handling qualification are an advantage.
