We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance while supporting executive decision-making. This role will drive financial discipline, optimize cash flow, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term financial plans, conduct scenario analysis, and support strategic decision-making on growth, pricing, and investments
- Oversee monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Prepare board-level financial and investor reports
- Lead ERP and accounting system upgrades; streamline finance workflows (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Implement real-time dashboards, rolling forecasts, and financial controls
- Manage daily cash flow, working capital, funding requirements, and capital structures
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (VAT, WHT, transfer pricing) and optimize tax efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, conduct variance and ROI analysis, benchmark performance, and drive cost-optimization initiatives
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial management
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and finance automation is an advantage
