We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to provide strategic leadership across the organization, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term business sustainability. This role will oversee multiple business functions while strengthening market position, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Develop and execute long-term business plans aligned with company goals and vision
• Oversee sales, marketing, service, operations, and support functions
• Ensure strong cross-functional coordination, accountability, and performance
• Strengthen and expand the island-wide after-sales service network
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership and operational teams
• Build a performance-driven, accountable, and customer-focused culture
• Ensure compliance with local laws, industry standards, and internal policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of business growth and team leadership in competitive markets
• Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
