Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across technical, instructional, and operational roles. This role is critical in building high-performing teams by attracting, assessing, and hiring talent aligned with our culture, standards, and long-term growth goals.

You will work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and operations to ensure a smooth, data-driven, and candidate-centric recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Craft clear, compelling job descriptions aligned with role requirements

Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate technical, instructional, or behavioral interviews with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure fair, structured, and consistent evaluation processes

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Provide regular hiring updates and insights to leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent availability and market trends

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver a professional, transparent, and respectful candidate experience
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Represent the company’s values, culture, and mission in all interactions

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring documentation
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with internal policies and applicable regulations
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Experience hiring for technical, instructional, or startup roles is a strong advantage
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting globally or across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing techniques
  • Background in tech, education, or bootcamp environments
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve hiring metrics
