The Job
- Deliver high-quality teaching in psychology across undergraduate and/or diploma programmes, using effective and engaging pedagogical approaches.
- Develop, review, and update course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources in line with institutional and academic standards.
- Assess student performance through examinations, coursework, and other assessment methods, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Support and mentor students in their academic progress, research activities, and personal development.
- Participate in academic administration, quality assurance activities, curriculum development, and continuous professional development as required by the institution.
The Candidate
- A minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience.
- A four-year undergraduate degree in Psychology.
- A postgraduate qualification in Psychology.
- A completed PhD or currently reading (preferably final year) for a PhD in Psychology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a student-centred approach to teaching.
- Commitment to academic excellence, ethical practice, teamwork, and ongoing professional and scholarly development.
