One of our prestigious clients, a Dubai-based Architectural & Engineering Design Firm, is seeking an experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) Specialist to lead and manage BIM implementation across architectural and engineering projects. This role focuses on advanced BIM modelling, AI-driven automation, and compliance with international and UAE (Dubai Municipality) BIM ndards

SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience and expertise)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, manage, and maintain high-quality BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for clash detection, predictive modelling, and design optimization.
• Ensure compliance with international BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and UAE Dubai Municipality (DM) BIM regulations.
• Automate BIM workflows using Dynamo, Python, and other automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate BIM deliverables.
• Support the development and maintenance of digital twins for monitoring, facility management, and predictive maintenance.
• Research, implement, and train teams on AI-powered tools for generative design, cost estimation, and sustainability analysis.
• Align BIM strategies with business goals, project budgets, and client requirements.
• Prepare BIM documentation, standards, and training materials for internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5–10 years of experience in BIM modelling, coordination, or related AEC roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using AI and automation tools within BIM environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, interoperability protocols, and data exchange practices.
• Experience with collaboration platforms such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• In-depth understanding of AEC workflows, digital twins, IoT integration, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with UAE DM BIM regulations and regional compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of implementing BIM on medium to large-scale AEC projects.
