A reputed global IT services provider is seeking a skilled Network & Security Engineers (Level 2) to join their Security & Networks Operations Centre (SNOC) team. The ideal candidate will handle Level 2 escalations, support enterprise environments, and collaborate closely with senior engineers and Australian technical leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting across network and security infrastructure.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and planned changes under senior engineer guidance.
• Monitor alerts, events, and system health, ensuring SLAs and response timelines are met.
• Perform firewall and network configuration updates following approved change processes.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and after-hours support rotations.
• Maintain and update documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to improve processes and knowledge sharing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network, security, or infrastructure support roles.
• Strong working knowledge of routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Experience with Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) is highly desirable.
• Exposure to MSP or managed services environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a distributed global team.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Certifications such as NSE 4, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, or SOC environments.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Understanding of 24x7 operational environments and shift-based work.
