Bon Café Manager
This role ensures that the café and food counters deliver consistent, high-quality service and
food experience that strengthens customer loyalty, sales results, and brand reputation.
The Bon Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing daily café and food service operations,
ensuring excellent customer service, quality food preparation, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, friendly and professional customer service while maintaining excellent café standards
- Oversee daily café/bakery/food service operations, ensuring quality food preparation and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations at all times
- Lead, train and supervise café staff, including scheduling and performance support
- Manage stock, ordering, suppliers, waste control and cost efficiency
- Maintain accurate POS use, pricing, promotions and operational procedures
- Monitor sales, wastage, labour costs and operational reporting
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects brand standards
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
General skills:
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Qualifications and Experience:
· At least 5 years supervisor/management experience in food and hospitality, café or quick-service retail.
· Experience leading small teams.
· Barista or food handling certification (advantageous).
· POS and cash handling experience.
